What if the car wash stops midway through?

If the automated bay stops during your wash it may be due to incorrect placement of the vehicle or the vehicle moving during the wash so please make sure your car is in PARK before the wash starts.

What if the car wash doesn't start?

If the wash does not start it could simply be that your vehicle is not in the proper position. Drive in very slowly when you get the green light and put your car in park when the light turns red.

What if my car is covered in soap and the wash stops?

If the wash stops and you have soap on your car, contact the non-emergency phone number listed at the car wash: (570)892-4005. You may need to re-wash your car in the automatic or the self-serve bay. We will contact you the next business day after we review your issue.

Does the car wash remove caked on mud and ice?

If your vehicle has caked on dirt, grime, bugs, or sap especially during the hot summer months, your vehicle may a require hand washing. We recommend using our self serve washes which have high pressure heated water and hand brushes to scrub off the stubborn areas.

My truck's bed is filled with snow, will it melt it and wash my truck?

Please note, if your vehicle has snow on it, the car wash equipment is not a means of removing the snow and ice. Please brush off the vehicle before entering the wash bay.

Do I need quarters or tokens?

Our Automatic Washes accepts bills and debit/credit cards. Our self serve bays except $1 and $5 bills as well as the vacuum island at the entrance of the car wash. Quarters are not necessary although we do have quarter dispensers at the car wash entrance and vending area.
